Vitalizer - Long lasting organic, chemical free alternative to growmore organic plant food provides a wide range of vital plant nutrients - including trace elements. Contains humic substances which stimulate plant growth and hold moisture. Nutrients are released naturally and slowly: feeding plants for up to 6 months outdoors and 3 months indoors (eg greenhouse or conservatory). Vitalizer Organic Plant Food is easy and pleasant to use and feeds the soil as well as the plants.

Vital Earth Vitaliser is suitable for all kinds of plants, including lime-hating (Ericaceous) subjects
and is safe to children, pets and wildlife.

How to Use Vital Earth Vitalizer - Organic Natural Fertiliser

• Suitable for all composts but, ideally use a Vital Earth Organic Compost
• Plants should be well-established (has a rootball) before feed is applied
• Apply Vitalizer when growing conditions are good, ideally in February - March and again in June – July (outdoors), or April – May and July – August (indoors)
• Application to soil: for best results, work in with hoe or fork

 

Growing Bags (eg Vital Earth Kayak or Planter)

Water in thoroughly and keep well watered Tomato etc: 50g (2oz) per plant when first truss is fully set. Repeat after 2 – 3 months.

 

Vegetables and Flowers

Apply 140g/m2 (4oz/sq yard) evenly and fork in prior to planting or sowing. (Use in conjunction with Vital Earth Soil Improver – especially with impoverished/neglected soils). Top-dress at same rate after 4 months and for over-wintered crops - in late winter-early spring.

 

Trees and Shrubs (including fruit trees/bushes)

At planting, mix 1-6 handfulls of Vitalizer® into backfill, depending on plant size (small shrub/bush – 2 metre (6 foot) high tree). For best results, use in conjunction with Vital Earth Rose, Tree and Shrub Compost. Top-dress at same rate in late winter – early spring.

Precautions

• Replace the lid after use

• Store in a cool, dry place away from weed-killers and other potentially toxic substances

• As with all gardening activities, please wear gloves when handling and wash your hands after use

• Occasionally during storage, the pellets may develop a white mould across the top of the material. This is perfectly normal for this type of product and completely harmless, just agitate the pellets and the mould will disappear
